It is so special because he is closed off and cold-hearted with everyone else, but with Juliette, he is the definition of the best boyfriend. The first time we see him cry is when his mom died and it was heartbreaking. Warner goes through so much to try to get his mother well and puts her before people’s opinion of him. Warner, seems super harsh and cold-hearted, which he can be, but never ever when it comes to his mother.

Although he is protective of Juliette and would risk himself and give up his life for her, he knows she can take care of herself and respects how strong and powerful she is. He is my favorite book boyfriend out of all the books I’ve read for many reasons. Warner is one of my favorite parts of this series.
